Architectural element modeling per the client's DED and shop drawings, acting as the coordination backbone. Covers every architectural element, from walls to ceilings.
Structural element modeling at true dimensional precision. The clash-coordination baseline for every MEP discipline that penetrates or runs alongside structure.
HVAC, ducting and exhaust modeling at actual dimensions. Routing follows logical, fabricable paths that match the client's specification.
Cable tray, panel and conduit modeling with complete system parameters. Integrated into the composite model for clash detection against the other MEP systems.
Clean water, waste water and fire protection pipe modeling. A minimum 50 mm clearance between systems is verified on every pass.
ARC+STR+MEP composite modeling, Navisworks clash detection, a full clash report prioritised Critical/Major/Minor, and documented engineering meetings.

Regulatory requirements
Under the latest PUPR regulation, every government infrastructure and building project must meet the following standards.
Every BIM model submitted to a government project owner must be in IFC format — not only native Revit. This guarantees interoperability across platforms.
Every element in the model must carry standardised technical parameters: object name, cost code, material specification, SNI standard reference, and system information.
Level of Detail follows the project stage: LOD 200 (pre-design), LOD 300 (design), LOD 350–400 (construction), LOD 500 (as-built).
A Common Data Environment is mandatory for managing and sharing BIM data. The folder structure follows ISO 19650: WIP, Shared, Published, Archive.
